Delete your account

You can delete your account and its data whenever you like.
From the app
Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Confirm, and it’s done.
From the web
Sign in to your account page and choose Delete account. The account page opens with our accounts launch.
What gets deleted
Your account, devices, schedules, lock history and partner links. Backups are cleared within 30 days.
Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
